As the first point-of-contact in our boutique store, you are the retail brand ambassador of Benjamin Barker, a highly motivated and service-oriented individual who communicates well and thrives in a team environment.

Being the customer service specialist, you take great care of our customers and are responsible to exceed their expectations by:-

  • Greeting our customers in a welcoming manner
  • Listening to our customers and finding out about their needs
  • Matching products to meet their needs
  • Displaying in-depth product knowledge about our goods and services
  • Delivering service and operations excellence
  • Driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Documenting sales by creating or updating customer profile records
  • Managing sales transactions and processing payments
  • Handling order fulfilment for customers

Other responsibilities include:-

  • Assisting with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Alerting management of potential security issues

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • We prefer executives who specialise in Retail Sales, though General and Corporate Sales executives are welcome to apply
